- No-stake reporting is now enabled, letting anyone submit data without a bonded stake
- Selectors can now act as reporters, expanding flexibility in Layer’s architecture
- Social forking compatibility, allowing for the extra social layer of security
- Vote extension keyring enforcement, ensuring all validators are properly configured before participating
